New Programs and first competition for 2009-2010 season

| Takahiko skated his new short program at The Ice on 25-26, July. He skated to "Bold as love" by Jimi Hendrix. He also announced that his new long program is "Guitar Concerto" by Michael Kamen & Tomoyasu Hotei. He went to America and Canada for a few weeks from the end of June to the beginning of July and made his new programs with Yuka Sato. |

| Taka will participate in "Japan Open" and "Carnival on Ice" on 3rd, Oct. It will be his first international match for 2009-2010 season. In fact he is planning to participate in "Chubu Regionals" as his first competition on 25-27, Sep. |

ISU Grand Prix Figure Skating 2009-2010

| Takahiko has been assigned on the Grand Prix circuit for the upcoming season. He will compete at Rostelecom Cup in Moscow, Russia. on Oct. 22-25, and at NHK Trophy in Nagano, Japan on Nov. 5-8. |
| In the last season, Taka won the gold medal for the first time at Skate America, the silver at Trophee Eric Bompard. I think these two events might bring good luck to Taka as he won his first senior grand prix events medal at NHK Trophy in 2006, participated in exhibition for the first time at the grand prix event except for his homeland in Cup of Russia 2007. |

| Takahiko will participate in another ice show, Friends On Ice 2009, Shizuka Arakawa's ice show, on 22-23 August. |
